Dina Krylova
Dina Krylova, the Head of the Laboratory for Anti-Corruption Policy (LAP) and the chief expert of the Institute for Public Administration and Governance, National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University), Moscow, Russia, specializes in research on anticorruption and regulatory policy, corruption risks in the field of entrepreneurship. She is the author of scientific interdisciplinary articles and monographs on corruption, compliance, and governance.
In 2018, at the initiative of Dina Krylova, LAP and the leading Russian Law firm "Pepeliaev Group" organized the Compliance Club of the HSE University, which included representatives of the largest companies operating in the Russian market.
In 2019, Dina became the initiator and co-developer of the LLM program "Compliance and Legal Risk Prevention in the Corporate, Public and Non-Profit Sectors", developed by LAP in cooperation with the HSE Faculty of Law and the leading Russian law firm "Pepeliaev Group".
Dina conducts significant public anti-corruption activities:
- the Public Ombudsman on anti-corruption for the Business Ombudsman under the President of the Russian Federation,
- the Executive Secretary and member of the Expert Council for the Business Ombudsman under the President of the Russian Federation
- the member of the Working Group on the Interaction of Business and Government in Combating Corruption of the Presidential Council for Combating Corruption,
- the member of the Public Council of the Center for Public Procedures “Business Against Corruption”.
She is actively contributing to international cooperation in the anti-corruption field and served as the member in the Steering Committee of the Council of Europe Project “Protecting the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation from Municipal Corrupt Practices” (PRECOP II) and the National Coordinator of the Joint EU/CoE Project “Protecting Entrepreneurs in the Russian Federation from Corrupt Practices” (PRECOP I) in 2013-2016. As an expert of the Council of Europe, she presented several Technical documents based on the studies carried out in the framework of the above Council of Europe projects. In 2008, she completed an internship in the United States under the program “Improving Management Methods and Strengthening Anti-Corruption Measures”.
