The Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Anti-Corruption Policy (ILAP) was created in 2009 by National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in partnership with the Centre for Anti-Corruption Investigations and Initiatives ‘Transparency International – R’. The laboratory is headed by Dina Krylova. The laboratory focuses on three key areas of activity: anti-corruption education; implementation of applied anti-corruption projects; and academic research in regards to efforts for combating corruption.
