New LAP report at the XXI annual International April Conference

The report, prepared by Laboratory for Anti-Corruption Policy (LAP) of the National Research University «Higher School of Economics», is devoted to the relationship of regulatory risks in the field of state regulation of business and corruption risks, as well as a set of necessary measures to minimize them during the economic crisis.

The authors of the report led by the head of LAP D. V. Krylova come to the following conclusions: «minimization of regulatory risks by improving the current legislation and law enforcement practice in modern conditions seems to be the most important priority of state policy in the field of regulation of economic activities, aimed, among other things, at preventing the negative impact of corruption on socio-economic processes. a realistic task, taking into account the reform policy pursued by the RF Government. Its implementation will help significantly reduce the level of corruption in Russia and will have a beneficial effect on the ability of Russian enterprises to overcome the consequences of the acute economic crisis».
